Hello welcome to the health care magic

First of all cause of hip and knee joint pain has to be ruled out

It can be inflammatory arthritis or degenerative osteoarthritis

You need work up with local joint x ray as initial investigation...
Also check RA factor and ANA level as a routine investigation for joint pain...

For inflammation relief and pain relief brufen can be prescribed

Physiotherapy will be beneficial..

So first of all rule out cause for joint pain and for that consult orthopedic surgeon for examination and further work up accordingly

Take care

Hope your concern solved
